Welcome to Free Bread 2021!
Having spent the past 27 years in Customer Service, in all sorts of industries and levels of management, I truly believe I have a few stories to share that may help get you refocused on Customer Service, and teach you how to drive your business with efforts that will bring you joy and leave you feeling accomplished at the end of the day.
For now, my name is not important. I am currently working as a Restaurant Manager, and have chosen to keep my current employer, as well as my previous employers, private.
What matters most is that the information I will be providing in this series of blogs is intended to assist in shaping a new generation of Customer Service Masters.
